3. User Portals & Accounts
Our owner and tenant portals require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Aluvo Group is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence or failure to secure personal account information.
4. Payments & Financial Transactions
Rent payments and management fees are processed according to the specific management agreement or lease contract executed between the parties. Processing times, late fees, and eviction policies are strictly governed by California state law and local municipal codes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use our platform for any illegal purpose, or to upload malicious software. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user found in violation of these prohibitions or users who exhibit abusive behavior toward our management staff.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our reporting and service uptime, Aluvo Group provides services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party browsers.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mandatory arbitration in Orange County, California, unless otherwise required by state law.
